Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Delivery Driver to support our fast-paced commercial printing and direct mail operation. This role involves driving a box truck equipped with air brakes to transport printed materials to and from client locations, post offices, and vendors. In addition to delivery duties, this position includes hands-on support within the warehouse and production areas, including organizing orders, restocking supplies, and maintaining a clean and orderly factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Safely operate a box truck with air brakes to deliver and pick up print and mail products.
2. Ensure accurate and timely deliveries to clients, USPS, and other vendors.
3. Load and unload trucks, ensuring materials are secure and protected.
4. Assist in the warehouse by organizing and staging orders for shipment.
5. Help replenish paper, packaging, and production supplies throughout the facility.
6. Support general housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
7. Communicate effectively with production, customer service, and logistics teams.
8. Complete vehicle inspections and maintain delivery logs and documentation.
9. Follow all safety protocols and company procedures.

Qualifications

1. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
2. Experience driving box trucks with air brakes (CDL not required, but a plus).
3. Prior experience in commercial printing, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
4. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
5. Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
6. Good communication and problem-solving skills.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Environment

This position involves both indoor (factory/warehouse) and outdoor (driving/deliveries) work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
