Job summary

Euro USA Inc. in Cleveland, OH, seeks a Driver to ensure timely delivery of goods on predetermined routes in a safe driving manner, check in orders prior to delivery, load and unload trucks, and provide exceptional customer service to our client base.

This role requires at least 1 year of box truck delivery experience. Responsibilities include loading, transporting, and delivering items, verifying orders, maintaining a clean driving record with DOT regulations, and completing delivery reports.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Medical DOT Card.
• Minimum two years of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Checking in orders to ensure complete, correct charges, and customer satisfaction.
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.

Position Summary

The Driver will be responsible for ensuring timely delivery of goods to predetermined customers on specific routes in a safe driving manner, checking in orders prior to delivery, loading and unloading trucks and providing exceptional customer service to our client base. This job requires at least 1 year of box truck delivery driving experience.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner
• Checking in orders to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied
• Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles
• Accepting payments on occasion
• Providing excellent customer service
• Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules
• Abiding by all transportation laws and maintaining a safe driving record including E-logs when required
• Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries
• Having the customer sign for the delivery and noting on the invoice any product not on truck, damaged or refused

Working Conditions

• Driver will be outside in all weather conditions
• Sitting, driving, lifting, and carrying up to 100 lbs.
• Position spends 6 – 10 hours standing, walking, lifting, pulling and pushing and sitting.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
