About The Role

Home Carpet One is seeking a Delivery Driver to join our warehouse team and ensure timely and safe deliveries to our customers. This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, reliable, and ready to contribute to our success.

The schedule for this role will be from 7am to 3pm on Monday-Friday, with one Saturday per month.

What You'll Do

As a Delivery Driver, you will play a crucial role in one of the final steps in our customer experience, ensuring our products are handled with care and our customers receive the best service. Your responsibilities will include:

• Operate vehicle: Safely operate a company vehicle to deliver products to customers on time
• Load and unload product: Load and unload delivery items with care
• Manage schedule: Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently
• Communicate: Communicate with the warehouse and customers regarding delivery status
• Maintain vehicle: Inspect and maintain the delivery vehicle to ensure proper working conditions
• Customer service: Provide excellent customer service upon delivery
• Ad-hoc responsibilities: Take on additional tasks as required, contributing to our team's flexibility and efficiency

• Physical ability: You are able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds and engage in physical warehouse activities. Forklift experience is a bonus
