Job summary

The Norfolk Companies is seeking a dependable Delivery Driver for our Braintree Distribution Center. You will deliver kitchen cabinets, countertops, and related products to customers' homes and job sites across MA, working with a Delivery Assistant to ensure safe, professional deliveries.

You must have a valid license, clean driving record, and be able to pass a DOT medical card. This is a hands-on role with no overnight routes, offering competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of large-item home delivery experience preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Valid DOT Medical Card, or ability to pass a physical to obtain one.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

As a Norfolk Delivery Driver, you'll deliver kitchen cabinets, countertops, and related products directly to customers' homes and job sites throughout MA. You'll work alongside a Delivery Assistant and play an important role in making sure every delivery is safe, professional, and customer-friendly.

This is an active, hands‑on position — and no overnight routes!

What Your Day Looks Like

• Start your day at 6:30 AM
• Complete local delivery routes efficiently
• Deliver cabinets, countertops, and other products safely
• Work with your Delivery Assistant during loading and unloading
• Lift products up to 100 lbs. with a two‑person lift
• Safely navigate stairs, uneven surfaces, and tight spaces
• Provide friendly and professional service at every stop
• Use mobile technology to document deliveries
• Communicate with the team about traffic, road conditions, and delivery updates
• Represent Norfolk professionally at customer homes and job sites

Requirements

• 3+ years of large‑item home delivery experience preferred
• Strong candidates with the right attitude and physical capability are encouraged to apply
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Valid DOT Medical Card, or ability to pass a physical to obtain one
• Comfortable using GPS, route navigation, and mobile technology
• Knowledge of state and federal DOT regulations
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work
