Job Summary:

The Delivery Driver is responsible for preparing, loading, and delivering products to customers safely and efficiently. A valid driver's license and a strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service are required.

It is a plus if the driver can also learn to operate printing equipment, binding machines, finishing equipment for banners and signage, and assist with signage installations.

Responsibilities (Included But Not Limited To):

• Meet delivery deadlines and follow assigned routes.
• Prepare, load, and unload delivery vehicles.
• Complete paperwork and reports as needed.
• Follow all traffic laws, DOT regulations, and company safety practices.
• Communicate with dispatchers and other team members.
• Perform basic vehicle maintenance including refueling, visual inspections, and reporting issues.
• Provide professional customer service and obtain client signatures when required.
• Operate additional equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies when necessary.
• Support production operations by learning to run printers, binding equipment, and finishing equipment, and assist with signage installations as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of delivery driving experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to follow safety protocols and maintain quality standards.
• Ability to learn and use company computer systems.

Physical and Compliance Requirements:

• Ability to pass a fit-for-duty physical.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to pass a motor vehicle report screening.
• Ability to pass a drug and alcohol screening.

Working Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
