Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Two (2) years of related experience required
• Customer service orientation
• Ability to organize multiple activities for self and others and coordinate completion of tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Assigns drivers and vehicles to deliver customer orders according to delivery schedule
• Directs drivers by two-way radio
• Confers with customers and/or sales staff to determine desired delivery times and creates delivery schedules
• Maintains records of mileage, fuel used, repairs, and other delivery-related expenses
• Responds to customer complaints or questions regarding deliveries and expedites or locates missing, misrouted, delayed or damaged merchandise
