This Director role leads delivery across concurrent client engagements, ensuring quality and on‑time, on‑budget results, and mentoring staff. You will manage risk, set analytics standards, and drive expansion opportunities.

Experience in Power & Renewables or Oil & Gas is preferred. A commercial mindset with no sales target, yet identifying expansion opportunities on active accounts, is expected in this hybrid role

Qualifications

• 12+ years in a Consulting, Supply Chain, Operations, or Engineering function.
• PMP certification is desirable, but not required.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and mentoring abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the engagement quality of multiple client solutions from analytics to presentations.
• Interface with C‑Suite to staff and manage Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering and Business Development teams.
• Develop project solutions with clients to meet objectives and support energy transition.
• Oversee junior team members and drive successful project execution.
• Maintain work plans, set objectives, and QA/QC analyses and deliverables.
• Lead engagements on IT and digital programs, including vendor selection and contracts.
• Support planning, recruiting, training, and performance development for the team.
• Manage revenue recognition, profitability metrics, and expansion opportunities.
