Qualifications

• Experience in technology consulting, digital engineering, or technical services delivery organizations where leaders manage multiple concurrent client engagements.
• Experience leading multi-project or multi-client delivery environments, ideally managing several delivery teams simultaneously.
• Experience interacting with senior client stakeholders at Director/VP/C-level to manage delivery expectations and escalations.
• Degree in Engineering Management, Technology Management, International Business, or related advanced degree preferred.

The Delivery Director role is responsible for portfolio-level leadership across multiple client engagements, typically composed of several Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and technical delivery teams. The focus of the role is ensuring delivery quality, operational stability, and client satisfaction across the portfolio rather than managing a single large program. What You'll Do:

• - Management experience with proven ability to lead and develop teams.
