What you’ll do:

• Own and lead end-to-end delivery of complex OSS/BSS transformation programmes
• Manage customer expectations, programme governance, and stakeholder alignment
• Partner with sales to expand accounts and support commercial growth
• Develop and execute strategic delivery plans while ensuring profitability and resource optimisation
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior client executives on programme and technology roadmaps
• Lead multi-disciplinary onshore/offshore teams to deliver on time, on budget, and to quality

Who you are:

• A senior delivery professional with 10+ years in telecom software and transformation
• Experienced in running multi-million dollar BSS/OSS programmes with full ownership
• Confident working across matrixed environments with technical and commercial stakeholders
• Skilled in managing customer relationships, delivery teams, and commercial agreements
• Located in the US and willing to travel as needed (must live near a major airport)
