Job summary

Impact RTO Holdings in Mississippi—Clarksdale area is hiring for an entry-level driver/customer service role. No experience needed; we train you. You will deliver and pickup furniture, assist customers, and help in-store tasks.

Expect a pay of $12.00 per hour, 5-day work week with Sundays off, 401(k) plan, and monthly bonuses based on store performance. Bilingual candidates may earn higher pay; join a company with a clear path into management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we'll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers' homes.
• Treat customers with respect and communicate clearly.
• Occasionally participate in the creation of social media and marketing content, including photos and videos, as requested to support Company initiatives.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries- We provide the training.
