Job summary

Impact RTO is hiring for an entry-level driver/customer service role in Tennessee. No experience needed; we train you and there is a clear path into management for those who stay with us. This position involves delivering furniture and appliances, collecting items, and assisting in-store tasks as needed.

You’ll drive a company truck, load and unload items, set up furniture in customers’ homes, and provide friendly, professional service. Benefits include PTO, holidays, and health coverage.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (at least 1 year of driving).
• Able to lift 50+ lbs and move heavy furniture.
• Friendly and professional when talking to customers is a MUST.
• Must pass a background check, drug screen, and MVR check.

Responsibilities

• Drive a company truck to deliver and pick up furniture and appliances.
• Load and unload items — we’ll show you how to do it safely.
• Set up furniture and appliances in customers’ homes.
• Collect payments when needed.
• Keep the truck clean and organized.
• Help in the store between deliveries; training provided.
