Job summary

Mainely Tubs is seeking a Delivery Crew Associate to join our team and help ensure hot tubs reach customers with precision. You’ll collaborate with teammates to safely load, unload, and install units at customer homes, while following safety protocols.

Responsibilities include on-site customer interaction, setup, and packaging removal, with training provided for new hires. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adaptability in varying weather conditions.

• Able to follow directions and work as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license preferred (but not required).
• Previous delivery or moving experience a plus, but not necessary—we’ll train the right person!

What You'll Do:

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

Physical Requirements:

• Able to lift and move heavy items (up to 100 lbs. with team assistance)
• Frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and climbing in and out of trucks throughout the workday.
• Comfortable working in varying weather conditions year-round (heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.).
• Ability to operate dollies, straps, hand trucks, and other delivery equipment safely and effectively.
• Manual dexterity required for handling tools, securing loads, and performing setup tasks at customer sites.
• Capacity to work in tight or awkward spaces during installations or service delivery.
• Ability to drive for extended periods and maintain alertness and focus while operating company vehicles.
