Role Summary

The Driver will play an essential role in delivering nuclear pharmacy products and services to clients such as hospitals, physician's offices, and medical centers.

Job Responsibilities and Duties

1. Ensure timely delivery of products, following maps and directions efficiently.
2. Unload products per client specifications and provide excellent customer service.
3. Serve as a customer service liaison, handling complaints and requests promptly.
4. Manage returns, dispose of radioactive materials, and sanitize equipment.
5. Complete delivery paperwork accurately.
6. Maintain vehicle and facility cleanliness, stock supplies, and track inventory.
7. Perform safety checks and report vehicle issues immediately.
8. Follow SOPs and safety standards, comply with laws.
9. Obtain DOT training and certification as required.
10. Work various shifts based on location needs.
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements, Skills, and Education

1. High school diploma or equivalent; valid driver’s license.
2. Clean driving record.
3. Ability to plan routes and drive safely in all weather conditions.
4. Flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
5. Excellent communication, customer service, judgment, and self-discipline.
6. Driving or delivery experience preferred.
7. Physical fitness assessment may be required.

Physical Requirements

1. Lift at least 50 pounds regularly, up to 75 pounds occasionally.
2. Stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.
3. Good coordination, vision, and hearing.
4. Ability to analyze situations, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
