Delivery Coordinator/Sales Assistant - Full Time (Iowa City, IA)

About the Role

This position is heavily focused on customer service. Automotive experience is not required; however, providing exceptional customer service is essential.

Essential Functions

1. Become an expert on our brand’s vehicle accessories and technology.
2. Provide customers with detailed information on owner’s manuals and warranties.
3. Demonstrate vehicle features, including navigation and Bluetooth functionalities.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
5. Conduct dealership orientation tours, introducing customers to various dealership points of interest.
