Billion Automotive is seeking fulltime technological-savvy and customer service-oriented individuals to be Delivery Coordinators/Sales Assistants!

This role is heavily focused on customer service. You don’t have to have automotive experience to be successful, but you should have experience providing exceptional customer service.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Commit to becoming an expert and gain in-depth knowledge of our brand’s vehicles, accessories, and technology.
2. Give customers in-depth information on owner’s manual and warranty.
3. Demonstrate features of the vehicle, showing the customer navigation and Bluetooth features.
4. Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction.
5. Dealership orientation welcome tour – introducing customers to the various points of interest of the dealership.
