Brunswick is seeking a Delivery Coordinator at Southeast Marine Services to ensure smooth boat deliveries and superb customer training. You will unload, inspect, and install minor components, while supporting the sales team and maintaining showroom readiness.
Responsibilities include CRM management, responding to inquiries, and participating in events. A customer-service mindset and basic mechanical aptitude are essential.

As Delivery Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth and professional boat deliveries, from preparing and staging boats to delivering them on-site and off-site. This is a great opportunity to learn valuable skills in customer service, marine operations, and hands‑on boat handling. If you're passionate about boating, hands‑on work, and customer satisfaction, this role is for you. Working closely with the Sales team, you’ll support day-to-day operations and ensure customers have the knowledge and confidence to enjoy their new boat. Your responsibilities will include everything from unloading boats and maintaining showroom‑ready inventory to conducting product demonstrations, providing customer training, and performing minor installations. With a proactive mindset and a focus on customer service, you’ll help create memorable experiences that drive customer satisfaction. As a Delivery Coordinator, you’ll also have the opportunity to engage in boat sales when needed, utilizing your product knowledge to assist customers and support the sales process—further developing your communication and sales skills. This position may involve occasional travel across the Southeast to deliver boats using a company vehicle.
Performs work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Moves up to 50 pounds and performs tasks requiring physical exertion. Transports boats and maneuvers them in, on, and out of the water. Traverse docks and uneven terrain. Operates boats, motorized vehicles, tractors, small handheld power tools, and other equipment. Uses computers and other office equipment.
The anticipated pay for this position is $12.00-$13.00, hourly. In addition to your base pay, you will earn commissions on boat deliveries as well as protective product applications. The actual base pay offered will vary depending on multiple factors including job‑related knowledge/skills, relevant experience, business needs, and geographic location. At Brunswick, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the salary range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the specifics of the candidate’s qualifications and the business context.
