Job summary

GenAI.Works is seeking a Delivery Coordinator to support client onboarding, coordinate project delivery, maintain content calendars, and ensure a smooth client journey across multiple projects. You will communicate with international, US-based clients, manage deadlines, and collaborate with Content, Design, and Motion teams to keep publications on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, able to adapt to changing priorities, and comfortable working remotely

Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with clients to collect content, clarify requirements, coordinate feedback, and manage approvals.
• Review submitted content for completeness, accuracy, and alignment with publication requirements.
• Coordinate with internal Content, Design, Motion, and other teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects.
• Maintain and update content calendars, project trackers, and publication schedules.
• Monitor deadlines, follow up on outstanding tasks, and identify potential delays.
• Keep clients informed about project progress, next steps, and delivery timelines.
• Resolve day-to-day delivery challenges, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Support multiple client projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and service quality.

Requirements

• 1.5+years of experience in roles such as Marketing Coordinator, Account Coordinator, Campaign Coordinator, Customer Success Specialist, Client Services Coordinator, or similar client-facing or project coordination positions.
• Strong professional English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience communicating with international clients, ideally US-based clients.
• Experience working remotely or in an international, English-speaking environment.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a structured approach to coordinating tasks.
• A proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and ability to work independently.
• Good problem-solving skills and sound judgment when handling client requests or unexpected challenges.
• Confidence communicating professionally with clients and collaborating across internal teams.
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
