Job summary

Rochester Motor Cars is seeking a help-oriented team member to get vehicles ready for customers after purchase and to orient buyers to new features and technology. You will support the Sales team with setting up OnStar and other features while maintaining inventory accuracy and paperwork.

The role includes a base salary in the $16–$18 per hour range with potential commissions. Candidates should have strong organization, communication skills, and a valid driver's license to qualify.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma.
• Valid state driver’s license & ability to be insured through Rochester Motor Cars liability insurance required.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and guests in setting up new technology such as OnStar.
• Maintain knowledge of new products, features and available accessories.
• Handling of all Dealer Trade paperwork
• Programming keys for KeyTrack
• Filing and auditing used 2nd keys
• Printing warranty stickers and placing them in all used inventory
• Assisting in any lot work
• Cleaning delivery center
• Lot walks for missing price/stock tags
• Doing inventory scans on the 1st of every month
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Summary

Getting the vehicle ready for the customer after purchasing it from the Product Specialist. Helping the customer get familiar with all the new features the vehicle may have, setting up the new technology.

Salary Range - $16 - $18
