Jeff Belzer Auto Group - Lakeville is promoting two Delivery Coordinators into the Sales Department to support a high-volume operation.

We are seeking energized individuals to prep vehicles, conduct walk-arounds, and tailor a customized delivery experience while helping guests with device pairing and feature education.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Must be able to multitask while still completing day to day responsibilities.
• Proven work ethic with an emphasis on Integrity and Transparency.
• Ability to focus on a customer's needs to enhance experience and personal success.
• Comfortable working with iPads/tablets.
• Must be able to work afternoons & weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prep purchased/leased vehicle for delivery to customers.
• Walk around and inspect vehicle with customers after final paperwork is completed.
• Tailor a customized delivery of vehicle for customer to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Assist customers with pairing phones, setting radio stations, etc.
• Manage customer's time efficiently to enhance their experience.
• Ensure customer is comfortable and confident with features/functions when they leave the dealership.
• Enroll new customer in manufacturer trials via iPad/tablet.

Our Delivery Coordinator team aids in walking our guests through getting acclimated to their new vehicle with an unmatched focus on professionalism, integrity, and transparency.
