Jeff Belzer's Lakeville is promoting two Delivery Coordinators into the Sales Department to enhance the customer delivery experience. Our team welcomes energetic, service-oriented professionals guiding guests through vehicle demos and features with integrity and transparency.

We deliver 1,000+ vehicles monthly and offer growth opportunities within a family-owned Midwest auto group, with solid benefits, training, and a path to leadership through internal promotion.

Responsibilities

• Prep purchased/leased vehicles for delivery to customers.
• Walk around and inspect vehicles with customers after paperwork.
• Tailor a customized vehicle delivery for complete customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with pairing phones and setting radio stations.
• Manage customer time to enhance experience.
• Ensure customers are confident with features at delivery.
• Enroll new customers in manufacturer trials via tablet.

Jeff Belzer's - Lakeville is seeking energized Delivery Coordinators to join our exponentially growing Family. We have delivered an average of over 1000+ vehicles per month in 2025! Our Delivery Coordinator team aids in walking our guests through getting acclimated to their new vehicle with an unmatched focus on professionalism, integrity, and transparency.

Duties (to include, but not limited to)

• Prep purchased/leased vehicle for delivery our customers
• Walk around and inspect vehicle with customers after final paperwork is completed
• Tailor a customized delivery of vehicle for customer to ensure complete satisfaction
• Aid customer in pairing phones, setting radio stations, etc.
• Manage customer's time efficiently to enhance customer's experience
• Ensure customer is comfortable and confident with features/functions when they leave the dealership
• Enroll new customer in manufacturer trials via iPad/tablet
