Qualifications

• Experience in supply chain, supplier performance, or expediting.
• Experience in supplier recovery, delivery assurance, or crisis management.
• Strong WIP tracking, production status, bottleneck management, and shipment follow-up.
• Ability to challenge commitments, drive action, and escalate risks.
• Excellent Excel skills and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Acting as the customer representative on-site at the supplier facility.
• Reviewing supplier orders, customer demand and production priorities.
• Tracking Work-In-Progress, production orders, inventory coverage, bottlenecks and shipment status.
• Supporting supplier recovery plans and following up on agreed actions.
• Identifying risks to delivery commitments and escalating issues where required.
• Coordinating with supplier operations, supply chain, quality and procurement teams.
• Supporting visibility of material, component and subcontracted operation requirements.
• Assisting with sub-tier supplier risks where these impact delivery performance.
• Providing daily status updates on recovery progress, delivery outlook and key risks.
• Supporting weekly reporting and stakeholder reviews.
