Job summary

RJG Logistics LLC is seeking Delivery Associates with automotive, mechanical, or fleet maintenance experience. Primary role is delivery, but your existing skills may support other tasks as we grow. No CDL required.

Starting pay is $23.25/hour with benefits and opportunities for advancement. Full-time and part-time positions available, plus paid training, medical benefits, 401(k), PTO, and a company-provided Amazon-branded vehicle.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving-record requirements.
• Ability to operate a delivery vehicle and perform physical tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from the delivery station.
• Rotating weekend availability may be required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided delivery vehicle.
• Load, organize, scan, and deliver packages on your route.
• Use provided technology for navigation, instructions, scanning, and communication.
• Complete vehicle checks and report safety or maintenance issues.
• Provide professional, respectful service at deliveries.
• Weekday and weekend activity including walking and climbing stairs.
