Job summary

RJG Logistics LLC, an Amazon Delivery Service Partner, is hiring Delivery Associates in Maryland. Earn $23.25 per hour starting pay, with paid training, full-time and part-time opportunities, and benefits including medical, 401(k), PTO and tuition reimbursement.

You'll operate a company-provided delivery vehicle, load and deliver packages, navigate with provided tech, and work outdoors with rotating weekend schedules. Prior military experience is valued and no CDL is required.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet driving-record requirements
• Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle and perform physical requirements
• Reliable transportation to and from the delivery station
• Availability for scheduled shifts, including rotating weekend days

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided Amazon-branded delivery vehicle.
• Load, organize, scan, and deliver packages assigned to your route.
• Use provided technology for navigation, delivery instructions, package scanning, and communication.
• Complete required vehicle checks and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns
• Provide professional, respectful service at every delivery
• Stay active throughout the day with vehicle entry/exit, walking, stairs, bending, and reaching
• Lift and move packages weighing up to ~50 pounds
• Work outdoors in varying weather and road conditions
• Communicate with dispatch and support teammates when needed
