Dynamic Transportation and Logistics LLC is actively hiring Delivery Associates in the Houston area. The role involves loading and delivering packages daily in Rivian Electric Delivery Vehicles and Ford vans, with shifts of 10 hours on both full-time and part-time schedules.

Applicants must be 21+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to pass a criminal background check and a five-panel drug test. Training, health benefits, and paid time off are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must have a valid Driver's License in the state of employment
• Criminal background check required
• Five-panel drug test required
• Ability to lift 50–70 pounds
• Load and unload delivery vans safely and accurately
• Excellent communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages daily, safely and on time.
• Load and unload packages in/out of delivery vehicles.
• Maintain time efficiency and route compliance.
• Operate delivery vans without a CDL.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
