LIGHTYEAR LOGISTICS LLC is recruiting for Delivery Associates to perform last-mile delivery for the local community. The role requires reliable, independent, and flexible individuals who can handle a fast-paced environment with attention to safety and customer service.

Vehicles and equipment are provided; CDL not required. Positions available include full-time and part-time shifts, with varied hours, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must possess a valid driver's license (no CDL required)
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must pass a 4-panel drug screening
• Must pass a background check

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and deliver packages on time
• Perform safety inspections on the delivery vehicle
• Follow local and state laws, regulations, and company policies
• Provide excellent customer service during deliveries
• Load and unload packages and assist teammates as needed
• Communicate with support teams to ensure deliveries are completed
