The role offers flexible hours, with full-time shifts of 4 days on and 3 days off. Pay starts at $22.25 per hour with opportunities to earn up to $24.25 per hour based on performance. Qualifications

• No experience necessary; training provided.
• Must be positive with a high customer service ethic.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must pass a standard 5-panel drug test.
• Must pass a motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages to customers’ doors with a focus on high-quality delivery.
• Work with a set of performance metrics that are reviewed weekly.
• Accrue PTO immediately; eligible for health care benefits after 30 days of full-time employment.
• Full-time drivers work 4 days (8–10 hours) on/3 days off; shifts begin at 10:00 am.
