DEDE Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Associates to deliver Amazon packages from Round Rock, TX. Starting pay is $22.25/hr base plus $1/hr incentives, rising to $24.25/hr once DOT-certified through our training program.

Full-time shifts are 4 days on and 3 days off, with weekend work required and part-time options available. Benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, uniforms, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
• No prior delivery experience required; training provided.
• Positive attitude and customer service ethic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages as part of a Delivery Associate team.
• Maintain efficient routes with up to ~200 stops per shift.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Adhere to safety policies and performance metrics.
