Job summary

Hermes Delivery Service seeks a Delivery Helper in the Las Vegas area. You will assist drivers with loading/unloading, monitor routes, and ensure timely, courteous delivery of Amazon packages. You will communicate with customers and Amazon staff to confirm status and resolve issues, using company devices to document deliveries.

Training, safety protocols, and team collaboration are emphasized. Shifts run Monday through Saturday with occasional Sundays during peak seasons.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Drivers must be 21+ with NV driver’s license; Helpers must be 18+ with NV state ID.
• Candidates subject to a 5-panel drug test.
• Reliable commute to job location.
• Ability to lift/carry packages up to 300 lbs as part of a team, with elevation changes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages safely, politely, and on time to customers in the Las Vegas area.
• Assist drivers with loading/unloading, route monitoring, and scheduling.
• Communicate delivery status and resolve issues with customers, coworkers, and Amazon staff.
• Use HDS-provided devices to document deliveries and monitor routes.
• Complete trainings to improve delivery operations.
• Perform additional tasks to support overall HDS operations.
