Job summary

RAZ Services LLC is seeking a Delivery Driver to serve the Houston area from our Amazon Warehouse location at 11311 N Gessner Rd. This non-CDL, part-time role offers competitive pay and benefits, with the potential to transition to full-time based on performance.

You’ll load, route, and deliver packages across numerous stops daily, with safety and customer service as top priorities. No prior delivery experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license (Texas DL preferred, but not required; Non CDL license accepted).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle record.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills.
• Must be able to lift/move packages up to 50 lbs.
• Preferred: Prior experience with an Amazon DSP partner.

Responsibilities

• Load your delivery vehicle with pre-sorted Amazon packages each morning.
• Follow a GPS route, making 150+ stops per day to various delivery locations.
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently, exiting the van at each stop.
• Carry and handle packages up to 50 lbs., with or without accommodation.
• Walk up flights of stairs as needed to complete deliveries.
• Use a company-provided phone and routing app for navigation.
• Operate the Amazon-branded delivery vehicle according to laws.
• Communicate with support team to ensure successful deliveries.
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and equipment guidelines.
• Begin with shorter Nursery Routes before building to full routes.
• Represent RAZ Services LLC with professionalism in every neighborhood.

Job Description

What You'll Do: Delivery Driver Responsibilities

As a Delivery Driver - Non CDL, you'll start and end each shift at our Amazon warehouse located at 11311 N Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77064.

• Load your delivery vehicle with pre-sorted Amazon packages at the warehouse each morning
• Follow a GPS-navigated delivery route, making 150+ stops per day to homes, apartments, businesses, garages, mobile parks, and more
• Deliver packages safely and efficiently, getting in and out of the van at each stop regardless of the weather conditions
• Carry and handle a variety of packages, up to 50 lbs.
• Walk up flights of stairs as needed to complete deliveries
• Use a company-provided phone and routing app to navigate your delivery route
• Operate your Amazon-branded delivery vehicle safely and in compliance with all traffic laws
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and equipment guidelines at all times
• Begin with shorter "Nursery Routes" (typically 2–3 weeks) as you build toward a full delivery route
• Represent RAZ Services LLC with professionalism and a positive attitude in every neighborhood you serve

Schedule: Part-time | 2–3 days per week

Qualifications

Delivery Driver Requirements - No CDL Required

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license (Texas state DL preferred, but not required; Non CDL license accepted)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening(which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report (multiple violations can disqualify you from the position)
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Must be able to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs., with or without reasonable accommodation
• Must maintain a safe driving record and follow all applicable traffic laws
• Preferred: Prior experience with an Amazon DSP partner (not required)
