RJG Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Associates to operate Amazon-branded delivery vehicles and deliver packages on assigned routes. The role emphasizes safety, reliable schedules, and customer service.

Starting pay is $22.25 per hour with paid training, medical benefits for eligible employees, and additional benefits including a 401(k) plan, PTO, and tuition reimbursement. Full-time and part-time shifts with rotating weekends are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving-record requirements.
• Ability to safely operate a delivery vehicle and perform physical requirements.
• Reliable transportation to and from the delivery station.
• Availability for scheduled shifts, including rotating weekend days.
• No CDL required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a company-provided Amazon-branded delivery vehicle.
• Load, organize, scan, and deliver packages assigned to your route.
• Use provided technology for navigation, delivery instructions, package scanning, and communication.
• Complete required vehicle checks and promptly report safety or maintenance concerns.
• Provide professional, respectful service at every delivery.
• Stay active throughout the day with frequent vehicle entry and exit, walking, stairs, bending, and reaching.
• Lift and move packages weighing up to approximately 50 pounds.
• Work outdoors in varying weather and road conditions.
• Communicate with dispatch and support teammates when needed.

Schedule

Our current delivery wave is scheduled between approximately 11:30 a.m. and 12:10 p.m., on a 10 hour shift. We are hiring for full-time and part-time schedules. Rotating weekend availability is required.

Basic Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
