Job summary

FullMoon Logistics LLC is seeking enthusiastic Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers to join our delivery team. You will safely drive company vehicles, perform safety inspections, and ensure on-time package deliveries while maintaining high customer service standards.

We offer $24.00 per hour, a typical 4-day workweek with 40 hours, paid training, and a benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, PTO accrual, 401(k) matching, and flexible scheduling. Military veterans welcome.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening.
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report.
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing/communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicle.
• Deliver packages on time and maintain route pace.
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service.
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle and handle weights up to 70 lbs.
• Use GPS/navigation on smartphone and clock in/out as required.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various routes.

We are currently hiring enthusiastic, dependable, and team-oriented Full-Time and Part-Time Drivers to join our growing team. We are looking for team players who desire to grow with the company. Military veterans are welcome! Commercial, DOT, CDL (or work-related) driving experience is a plus, but not mandatory. As we grow, supervisory roles will be available.

Benefits & Scheduling:

• $24.00 per hour (paid biweekly)
• 10-hour shifts are typical
• 4-days' workweek and 40 hours is typical
• A minimum of 2 paid 15-minute breaks during your shift and 1 unpaid 30-minute meal break

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Successfully handle and deliver packages on time
• Safely drive and perform safety inspections on Company vehicle
• Follow all local & state laws, road/driving regulations, and Company policies
• Provide excellent customer service and satisfaction despite stressful events / conditions
• Keep pace in physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions and on various routes; lift and lower packages weighing up to 50 lbs. on a frequent basis; tilt, push and slide packages weighing between 50-70 lbs. on and off a hand truck without a helper on a frequent basis; get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations
• Communicate effectively with support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed
• Use smart phone device for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicate with supervisors and other team members
• Load and unload packages in delivery vehicle
• Support the team in daily work requirements including participation in rescue calls when other team members need assistance with their routes

Requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must hold a non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must successfully pass a 4-Panel Drug Screening (which does not include pre-employment testing for marijuana)
• Must have a satisfactory motor vehicle report
• Must have good English speaking, reading, writing / communication skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• No delivery experience required but definitely welcomed
• Must work on weekends if business required

Hiring process takes approximately 1-2 weeks to complete. It may take longer if you have an out-of-state driver's license.
