DEDE Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Associates in Belton, Texas to deliver Amazon packages directly for DEDE. You will join a fast-paced team focused on on-time, quality service while representing DEDE to customers.

Base pay starts at $22.25/hr with a $1/hr performance incentive, reaching $24.25/hr after training and DOT certification. Shifts begin around 10–11 am; full-time is 4 days on, 3 off, with weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 23 years old or have 5 years driving experience.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record.
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Deliver packages to customers on assigned routes.
• Maintain weekly visibility of performance metrics and strive to meet targets.
• Train and become DOT-certified through JJKeller to drive step vans.
