About the job

• Full- or part-time employee driving clean and modern company vehicles.
• Branded company uniform.
• 4‑day work week with consistent days each week; shifts available 7 days per week, generally at least one weekend day.
• Deliver small packages (<50 lbs), door‑to‑door, from our warehouse.
• Residential deliveries with some commercial.
• Lots of walking; a typical route involves 200‑225 stops and 275‑325 packages. Must be physically capable of lifting and carrying 50 lbs, and of entering and exiting a delivery vehicle 200+ times per day.
• Part of a high‑performing and collaborative team delivering the world to Sioux Falls.

Physical Demands

• Very physically demanding / athletic job.
• Dense routes requiring lots of walking and relatively little driving.
• Typical pace of 25‑30 deliveries per hour (10 deliveries every 20 minutes).
• Requires healthy eating, adequate sleep, and physical fitness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Amazon packages door‑to‑door during scheduled shifts.

• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and requests for adjustments.
• Report to work on schedule and adhere to published workdays.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base pay of $21.50 per hour.
• Bonus program: average employee earnings exceed $21.50 per hour, high performers earn more than $28 per hour. Target wage of $960 per week for a four‑day week ($49,920 / year) and $1,198.30 per week for a five‑day week ($62,311 / year). Eligibility after completing 30 routes.
• Weekly payroll (every Friday) by direct deposit.

Basic Job Requirements

• At least 21 years old.
• Ability to speak, read, and understand English.
• Proof of identity and authorization to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license (commercial driver’s license not required).
• Pass a 5‑panel pre‑employment drug test.
• Pass pre‑employment screening.
• Ability to safely operate and navigate a delivery vehicle weighing 10,000 lbs. or less.
• Ability to lift and carry parcels up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to enter and exit the vehicle 200+ times per day.
• Proficiency with delivery devices and apps.
• Reliability and punctuality; schedule adherence.
