A&B Distributors is seeking a Delivery Assistant to support daily routes, unload and stock products, and merchandise beverage displays at customer locations. This Monday–Friday role emphasizes accurate deliveries, product rotation, and customer service aligned with company standards.

You will assist drivers, follow safety protocols, and collaborate with warehouse staff and store personnel to ensure smooth delivery operations across assigned routes.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP software (e.g. Encompass) is needed.
• 1+ year of customer service, retail, sales, or service experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the driver with delivering, unloading and stocking products at customer locations.
• Help execute merchandising plans including rotating stock and presenting products.
• Verify quantities and assist with accurate delivery documentation.
• Ensure safe handling of products to prevent damage or loss.
• Follow safety policies and provide professional customer service.
• Communicate with drivers and store personnel to ensure smooth operations.
