Job summary

Builders FirstSource is seeking a delivery support role to assist with loading, securing, and delivering customer orders. The position supports the driver, participates in safety practices, and may drive a pilot vehicle for oversize loads, all while maintaining vehicle readiness and compliance.

High school diploma or GED with at least one year of related experience, plus a valid driver’s license, are required to perform essential duties safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with loading and securing product in delivery vehicle.
• Deliver orders to customer sites; obtain signed proof of delivery.
• Drive pilot vehicle for oversize loads when needed.
• Inspect and maintain delivery vehicles for safety.
• Plan daily workflows to meet productivity goals.
• Follow safety procedures and participate in safety meetings.
