Your role

1. Lead and manage SAP IS-Oil implementation projects from start to finish.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
3. Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
4. Ensure SAP solutions align with business processes and requirements.
5. Provide guidance on SAP IS-Oil best practices and industry standards.
6. Oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP modules.
7. Be familiar with Downstream IS-Oil solutions.
8. Proficiency in SAP TSW and SAP TD.
9. Manage project teams, including internal staff and external consultants.
10. Conduct project status meetings and update senior management.
11. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
12. Lead and support customer and Sales Operations teams.
13. Show aptitude for quickly learning new technologies and mapping them to client needs.
14. Commit to continuous learning and industry expertise.
15. Build relationships with third-party organizations regionally.
16. Develop and deliver proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
17. Own and deliver complete proposal responses tailored to client needs.
18. Estimate effort, propose resources, and develop pricing strategies.
19. Build credibility and trusted advisor relationships with clients and stakeholders.
20. Champion delivery methodologies and tools, setting standards of excellence.
21. Align delivery capabilities with market demand and new areas of expertise.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 15 years of experience focusing on SAP IS-Oil.
• Proven success managing large SAP projects in Oil and Gas.
• Strong understanding of Oil and Gas industry processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Relevant certifications like PMP are a plus.
• Expertise in core business processes for the industry.
• Skilled in facilitating technology-agnostic workshops.
• Capable of developing innovative implementation strategies considering budget and time.
• Proficient in presenting to clients and stakeholders convincingly.
• Ability to lead solution blueprint delivery and program strategy.
• Experience leading full lifecycle transformation projects.
• Understanding of functions and phases across services and partnerships.
