Job summary

PC&A Business Environments is seeking a Crew Member to assist in the setup, installation, and arrangement of commercial spaces, including furniture, fixtures, artwork, and equipment, ensuring work is completed efficiently, safely, and to company and client standards.

The role is on-site at client locations and in our warehouse, with opportunities to drive company vehicles and work with a team to meet project timelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in installations, warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Ability to read basic diagrams or layout instructions
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Basic mechanical or repair skills preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

• Locate/load, and transport materials; pull items from multiple warehouse(s) as needed
• Assemble, repair, and install furniture
• Drive company vehicles to job sites and ensure safe transport of materials
• Follow layouts and instructions to accurately place furniture, artwork and accessories
• Maintain clean, safe work areas; remove debris and packaging after installations
• Inspect items, report damages or issues, and obtain customer sign-off upon completion
• Support warehouse inventory operations

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Projects

• Locate/load, and transport materials; pull items from multiple warehouse(s) as needed
• Assemble, repair, and install furniture
• Drive company vehicles to job sites and ensure safe transport of materials
• Follow layouts and instructions to accurately place furniture, artwork and accessories
• Maintain clean, safe work areas; remove debris and packaging after installations
• Inspect items, report damages or issues, and obtain customer sign-off upon completion
• Support warehouse inventory operations

Administrative

• Complete timesheets
• Maintain company vehicles (fueling, cleaning, upkeep)
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy items (50+ lbs)

• Comfortable working in various environments (warehouse, offices, commercial spaces, etc.)
• On-site at client locations during installations (offices, commercial buildings, etc.) and in our Warehouse
• Schedule may occasionally include early mornings, evenings, or weekends depending on project needs
