Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is looking for team members to join our delivery and customer-education team in the United States. You will educate customers on Sleep Number beds, assist with on-site setup, and ensure an outstanding first-night sleep experience with flexible, personalized comfort solutions.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and delivering premium service for a leading sleep wellness brand.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.
• Must have and maintain identification allowing access to certain facilities (Real ID/Enhanced ID/Passport Card or DoD ID).

Compensation

Base rates starting at $21.75 an hour Opportunity to make up to an extra $400/month with our Monthly Incentive Program
