Job summary

Sleep Number Retail Corporation is seeking delivery team members to transport and set up Sleep Number products with a partner. You will engage customers, explain product features, and ensure a superior sleep experience from the first night onward.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and brand representation, with opportunities for monthly incentive earnings on top of base pay.

Qualifications

• Must have 21+ years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with partner.
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role.

• Explain product features and benefits and ensure a great first-night sleep experience.
• Represent the Sleep Number brand with high standards of service and reliability.

Base rates starting at $19.75 an hour. Opportunity to make up to an extra $400/month with our Monthly Incentive Program.

What you bring to the truck…

• 21 years of age and have a valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift and carry up to 200+ lbs. with help of a partner
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role
• Must have and maintain identification that allows access to military bases (State issued enhanced driver’s license (Real ID), Enhanced ID, Passport Card, U.S. Department of Defense ID or other acceptable identification)
