Job summary

Buc-ee's Ltd is seeking passionate Deli/Food Service associates to handle a variety of food stations, including bakery items, BBQ, jerky, and made-to-order sandwiches. We train motivated individuals with or without experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include prepping items, following recipes, maintaining safety standards, and delivering friendly customer service. Weekend and night shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in deli/food service or willingness to train in a fast-paced restaurant.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining a friendly, customer-focused approach.
• Flexible for weekend/holiday shifts and rotating day/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Develop culinary skills preparing bakery items, jerky, fudge, BBQ and menu items.
• Prepare Buc-ee’s unique food offerings according to recipes and confidentiality.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products.
• Maintain clean work station and quickly fulfill customer orders.
• Interact professionally with team members and customers.
