Job summary

Qualifications

• Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with products and services to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Operate cash register, process sales, returns, rain checks, refunds and exchanges as needed.
• Keep counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Provide customer service in the photo area, including digital passport photo service and printed items.
• Assist with web pick-up orders (monitor, pick and deliver).
• Maintain store appearance and comply with company policies; support asset protection.
