Job summary

Walgreens Co. is hiring a Customer Experience Associate to deliver friendly checkout service, assist customers, and maintain clean, organized store displays. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help locate products while upholding Walgreens service standards.

Responsibilities include using the cash register, handling returns, stocking shelves, and following company policies. Prior retail experience is preferred, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends may be required

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings and weekend hours.
• Prefer six months of experience in a retail environment.
• Prefer prior Walgreens experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services to ensure a positive experience.
• Register customer purchases, handle returns, rain checks, refunds and exchanges.
• Maintain clean, neatly merchandised counters and shelves, check in and price merchandise as directed.
• Assist with photo area services (passport photos, poster prints) and web order pick-ups.
• Support asset protection procedures and adherence to store policies.
