Job summary

Walgreens Co. is seeking a Customer Service Associate to deliver a distinctive, friendly shopping experience. You will greet customers, assist with products and services, and handle checkout with courtesy and efficiency.

Responsibilities include operating the cash register, stocking shelves, upholding store standards, and supporting promotional displays. Fluency in English and willingness to work evenings/weekends are required; retail experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Six months of retail experience preferred.
• Prior Walgreens experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages customers by greeting and offering assistance with products and services.
• Resolves customer issues and answers questions to ensure a positive experience.
• Registers purchases at the cash register, handles cash and returns/exchanges as needed.
• Keeps counters and shelves clean and well merchandised; maintains displays and stock in good order.
• Assists with exterior and interior maintenance and adheres to company policies.
• Provides service in the photo area (passport photos, poster print) and supports web pick-up orders.
• Learns store systems and equipment to support smooth operations.
