Job summary

Delicato Family Wines in Manteca, CA is seeking an Ingredient Inventory Coordinator to maintain an accurate ingredient stock supporting Winemaking, Compliance, Cellar operations, and Quality Systems. Under minimal supervision, you will distribute and track ingredient inventories, coordinate deliveries with suppliers, perform cycle counts, operate a lift truck, and transact moves in the DV System/SAP.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of related inventory or logistics experience.
• Knowledge of general warehouse procedures and RF gun use.

Responsibilities

• Distributes and maintains accurate inventory of ingredients following process order instructions.
• Coordinates material deliveries with internal and external suppliers/customers.
• Performs cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Operates lift truck and pallet jack while maintaining a clean, organized work area.
• Transacts inventory moves using the DV System/SAP.
• Scans and uploads Certificates of Analysis, Certificates of Origin, and Allergen Statements.
• Provides direction and training to seasonal labor during harvest.
• Supports Bulk Scale and Cellar operations as needed.

• Distributes and maintains accurate inventory of ingredients following process order instructions
• Coordinates material deliveries with internal and external suppliers/customers

• Operates lift truck and pallet jack while maintaining a clean, organized work area
• Transacts inventory moves using the DV System/SAP

Compensation:
