Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, efficient and friendly customer service by exhibiting caring, concern and patience in all customer interactions and treating customers as the most important people in the store.
• Operates department registers and handles payments, makes change, etc., where applicable.
• Assists customers by escorting them to products, securing items, loading or unloading heavy items, and noting requests to improve the shopping experience.
• Maintains sanitation and hygiene in the work area and ensures freshness of products.
• Reviews orders for the day and follows production lists; prepares, finishes, and replenishes products as needed.
• Uses proper policies and dress code; reports to work on schedule and maintains a positive work environment.
