Job summary

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive work environment and cleanliness of the deli area.
• Follow food safety, sanitation guidelines and proper temperature controls.
• Slice and weigh lunch meats and cheeses, offering customers slice-thickness options.
• Prepare sandwiches, party trays, salads and special orders according to recipes.
• Assist with product rotation, display case presentation and restocking.
• Operate deli equipment safely, including slicers, scales and wrapping machines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and wear required protective equipment.
