Job summary

Parkhurst Dining is seeking a Deli Team Member to join the Eat’n Park Hospitality Group family. You will help prepare deli items to order, maintain service lines, and ensure the quality and presentation of food while engaging with guests in a friendly, professional manner.

The role emphasizes standing for long periods, and lifting up to 40 lbs occasionally and 10 lbs frequently. It offers health benefits, paid time off, and opportunities for growth within the Smile Universe program.

Qualifications

• Standing and/or walking for 100% of the time.
• Occasionally lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Frequently lifting up to 10 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare all Deli items to order and in a timely manner.
• Prepare service line for operation as instructed by Executive Chef and/or Manager on duty; garnish the line properly at all times.
• Check quality of food items and ensure they meet standards of taste, appearance, and correct temperature; report any substandard quality.
• Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner and follow Smile Plus Hospitality Imperatives.
• Post signage and merchandise the service area.
