Responsibilities

• Provide quality customer service to customers, teammates, vendors, and business partners.
• Receive, process, prepare, wrap, slice, weigh, and package deli products.
• Maintain shelves, cases, and displays; stock, clean, rotate product.
• Maintain proper cooler conditions; organize cases and handle heavy items.
• Keep prep areas clean and sanitize work surfaces and equipment.
• Follow federal, state, and local food safety regulations.
• Keep the sales floor safe, clean, and presentable.
• Provide friendly service and promote products through upselling.
• Dress according to company policy and maintain a neat appearance.
• Complete ELM training courses as they are added.
