Milam’s Markets in Sunny Isles Beach, FL is seeking a friendly team member for our Deli department. You will provide customer service, help prepare deli meats, cheeses, and prepared foods, and maintain clean, well-organized displays.

Qualifications

• Friendly, knowledgeable customer service skills required or preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move products throughout shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced deli environment.
• Food preparation experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service.
• Prepare and serve deli meats, cheeses, and prepared foods.
• Slice products and fulfill special orders.
• Maintain fresh, organized displays.
• Operate deli equipment safely (slicers, ovens, fryers, scales).
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Keep the department clean and organized.
• Support team members as needed.
