Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in Ocala, FL is hiring for a Deli Team Member to slice, package, weigh, and sell meats and cheeses while maintaining attractive deli displays and clean workspaces.

You will assist Members with product selection, prepare special orders and party trays, receive shipments, stock shelves, and enforce food safety policies. A friendly attitude, reliability, and willingness to work weekends are essential in our fast-paced club environment.

Qualifications

• Work experience in a deli department preferred.
• Prior experience operating manual/power slicers and scales preferred.
• Knowledge of deli products preferred.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Provides a high level of customer service to Members.
• Slices, packages, and weighs deli products, including cheeses and meats.
• Receives and inspects deli shipments; stocks and rotates products following safety standards.
• Maintains deli display cases and ensures product freshness.
• Performs other duties as assigned and supports club policies.
